These Terms of Use apply to the ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO websites, account and booking portals, and assistant apps that connect to them (collectively, the "Services"). In the United States, the Services are provided by ICS 1-800-BOOK-A-LIMO, USA. By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Quotes, Prices and Bookings
Prices, fees, included services and cancellation policies are calculated by our booking system for the trip details you provide. A price is held for a limited time; after that it is checked again and any change is shown before you continue. A reservation exists only after you complete checkout on our website and receive a confirmation number. Changes and cancellations are requests that our dispatch team processes according to the cancellation policy shown for your trip.
Accounts and Authorized Users
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your sign-in. Corporate and travel agency accounts decide which bookers may use them; bookers may only use the account features their account allows. Business account numbers, saved cards and billing options may only be used by users signed in to that approved account.
Assistant Apps
Assistant apps, such as Book A Limo in ChatGPT, let you search trips, see prices and prepare a booking in a conversation. The assistant provider operates the conversation under its own terms. Only prices and policies returned by our booking system are valid; if an assistant shows different information, our website and confirmation prevail. Never share passwords, verification codes or payment card details in an assistant conversation. To book, the assistant gives you a time-limited link that continues your trip on our website, where you sign in or register and pay.
Connecting your account lets the assistant use account prices, saved travelers, quotes and reservations, and send cancellation requests that you confirm. The assistant receives no more access than you have on our website. You can disconnect it on the Connected Apps page; changing your password also ends the connection.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Services, including by automated scraping, attempting to bypass security or limits, submitting false booking information, or using another person's account or payment method without authorization. We may limit or suspend access to protect our customers, chauffeurs and systems.
Service Availability and Liability
We work to keep the Services available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the online Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected reservation. Transportation services are also governed by the terms and policies provided with your reservation confirmation.
